Matt Miller (Founder/Owner) is a Chicago-based director and producer. He founded the Virtual Showcase in 2009.
As a commercial director, Matt's recent credits include work for Crumbl Cookies, Lowe's, Eggo, America's Best Eyeglasses, AT&T, Hyundai, Crest, and The Hartford. As a stage director, Matt’s notable productions include Irish Theatre of Chicago's production of The Seafarer (nominated for 5 Joseph Jefferson Awards, WINNER for Best Ensemble), The Killer Angels with Lifeline Theatre (WINNER Joseph Jefferson Award for Sound Design), Superior Donuts with Mary-Arrchie Theatre Co., and Oblivion for Steppenwolf’s First Look Repertory. Matt also holds a degree in secondary education and has taught on-camera acting for DePaul University's Theatre School, The Acting Studio Chicago, and The Second City Training Center. Kate McCoy (Session Director/Editor) is based in Chicago where she runs her own self-taping business (Chicago Self-Taped Auditions).
As a session runner at Paskal Rudnicke Casting, she directed auditions for Payless, Cheetos, Bud Light, and many others. She has assisted with casting at The Onion and served as the lead casting director for projects with Les Mills International and TV House Films. Additionally, her credits include creating a behind-the-scenes video series for TimeLine Theatre's Chicago premiere of Spill, and shooting and editing videos for iO Chicago's live reality show Bit Tank.
Among other life goals, she dreams of one day competing on Dancing with the Stars.
